We are thrilled to have you at Vacation House Sonoma, a private mountain-top house Sonoma designed for comfort and unforgettable views. Whether you’re here to master your dink shot or relax with a glass of local Cabernet, this Sonoma luxury rental with pickleball provides the perfect backdrop for your stay.

2. ARRIVAL & ACCESS
- Check-In: 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Parking: Please park in the designated driveway area. Do not block the turnaround space needed for service vehicles.
3. THE PICKLEBALL COURT
Our mountain-top court is the highlight of this Sonoma luxury rental with pickleball.
- Footwear: Non-marking athletic shoes only.
- Priority: As our guests, you have priority access. Please note that neighborly play occasionally occurs, but guest sessions take precedence.
- Equipment: Paddles and balls are located at the court. Please return them after use.
- Hours: Play is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to respect our canyon neighbors.
4. HOUSE TECHNOLOGY & UTILITIES

- Solar Home: The home is solar-powered! You don’t need to do anything, but rest easy knowing your stay is eco-friendly.
- Temperature: Controlled via the Nest thermostats in the Great Room and Master Suite.
- Pool & Spa: The pool is solar-heated. Instructions for the hot tub jets are located on the panel near the spa steps.
5. HOUSE RULES
- Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Sound travels easily in the mountains; please be mindful of our neighbors.
- Smoking: This facility is a strictly non-smoking property (both indoors and on the decks) due to high fire risk in Sonoma.
- Trash: Please place all bagged trash in the bins located outside the main gate.
