- Minimum Stay: Standard: 2 nights at this luxury home rental Sonoma
Cleaning Fees: $200 per stay for this luxury villa
Cancellation Policy:
• Full Refund: If cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund: If cancelled between 30 and 60 days before check-in.
• Non-refundable: If cancelled within 30 days of check-in.
Property Rules:
- Max occupancy: 6 guests (Strictly enforced)
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sonoma County outdoor noise ordinance).
- No smoking/vaping anywhere on the premises.
Pet Fee for High Home: flat Fee of $200 per stay (not per night).
- Why: This covers the "Deep Clean" required to keep the home allergen-free for the next guest.
